Installation Policy
- Â Tisosi provides free of cost installation and demonstration to the customers for the smart door locks only.
- Â Continue Customer need to fix an appointment & register their preferred time and date for installation with our customer care toll free no. 1800833021555 or Service Email id - [email protected] after purchase and payment is made.
- Â Tisosi installation service is for products purchased from Authorized dealers (Retail stores and Online) in India only.
- The Tisosi Service team will do the installations in all serviced location in 7 business days of delivery of the product. The installation will happen only on weekday (Monday – Saturday) between 9AM-6PM.
- If Installation & Demo is not completed for any reason beyond the control of Tisosi (Door polishing/Customer not available on site for demo) the next visit will be done on chargeable basis of INR 1000.
- We provide emergency/urgent installation services. There will be additional INR 1000 which will apply on top of installation fee (if applicable) within 24 hours, however visit would be scheduled basis availability of Installer.
- Â If the installation fails due to the on-site environmental factors or change of lock model, Tisosi will charge revisit charges of INR 1000.
-  If the installation is requested in areas that are not in the list of serviceable cities, additional charges will be applicable.
Our serviceable cities are Rajkot and Ahemedabad
Warranty
Tisosi Pvt. Ltd. (here after, "TPL") provides Limited Warranty for the Product
During this warranty period if the product is found defective in materials and/or workmanship and not in conformity with the stipulated specifications of the product, TISOSI Service Centres / Authorized Service Centres will repair the product on terms and conditions below:
Warranty terms and conditions :
- Warranty is valid for one year from the date of Invoice of the product.
- This Warranty in non-transferable and shall be valid for service only in India..
- Warranty is only valid if original invoice is presented at the time of availing warranty services (Installation, Demo or Breakdown)
- Warranty is valid only if installed by company authorized person.
- Warranty is not valid if product is found physically damaged, affected by some external factors beyond control of company or some part found missing/broken.
- Warranty is not valid for consumable items like batteries.
- Warranty is no valid for IC card, Physical key lost/broken.
- Mortise will be covered under warranty.
- Warranty will be void if the type or serial number marked on the product has been altered, removed or in any manner defaced.
- Tisosi reserves the right to decline service if the above document is not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.
- This Warranty shall not cover damage/s pursuant to un-authorized adaptations made contrary to stipulated specifications for the product and/ or adjustments to the product carried out at & by unauthorized service providers.
- This Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
- This Warranty does not apply if the product has been used for commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications.
- Special color finish like Gold/ Red bronze/ Bronze/ Matt black has a warranty of one year only.
- If the product requires repair or replacement in part or in full, Tisosi reserves the right to replace or exchange the part or unit with an equivalent part or unit that is new.
Visit Charges: A visit fee of INR 500 will be applied for complaints and demonstrations. This fee applies within serviced locations. For locations outside serviced areas, an additional travel charge of INR 4 per kilometer will be applicable on top of the visit fee.
Door and Frame Compatibility: Unless it's a floor spring installation, the mentioned charges are valid only for wooden doors and frames. Additional charges may apply for other materials.
Spare Parts: The listed charges do not include spare parts, which will be billed separately.(for out of warranty case)
Taxes: All listed prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes "NA" Denotes: "NA" indicates that the specific service is not currently available.
Emergency Response Timings: The emergency response times listed begin from the moment your call is registered with our helpline. Additional Charges: Stone cutting, metal cutting, or drilling holes in the door will incur additional charges.
