However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a product to be returned or refunded. 1. When You Receive a Product Different from What You Ordered

Once the discrepancy is verified, we will issue a full refund or send the correct product as per your preference.
2. When You Receive the Correct Product but Wish to Return It
We understand that preferences can change, and we respect your choice. If you wish to return a correctly delivered product:
You must initiate the return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Courier/shipping charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
The product must be:
Completely unused
In perfect condition, without any signs of wear or installation
Sealed in its original, undamaged packaging
Returned with all accessories, price tags, labels, warranty cards, and proof of purchase
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund (see Section 4 for details).
3. When the Product Cannot Be Installed Due to Door Specifications
Our smart security solutions are designed to fit most standard door types. However, if installation is not possible due to door thickness, material, or design incompatibility:
Notify Tisosi Customer Care within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The product must be returned at the customer’s expense.
It should remain:
Unused and in pristine condition
Sealed in original packaging
Accompanied by all original documentation and accessories
After inspection, a refund will be processed as per our policy.
4. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for products returned in accordance with Sections 1, 2, or 3.
Refund Mode: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Deductions: Shipping charges and any applicable payment gateway fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our part.
